If you are notified of work beginning on your street, we encourage you to file a USPS Hold Mail request. You can indicate that you will pick-up your mail at the post office or have the postman deliver after a specific date. https://www.usps.com/manage/hold-mail.htm Keep in mind that construction dates require flexibility and patience as weather and heavy equipment failures force dates to not meet expectations.

Your HOA dues are hard at work in Fenwick Gated. The majority of dues each year is allocated to various roadwork activities. We perform crack-repair street improvement projects, as well as resurfacing or replacing sections of the roadway. Every bit of road is affected in one phase or another which may unfortunately block access to your driveways.

Orange traffic cones will indicate areas of fresh repair that should be avoided by vehicular traffic. Our streets should remain semi-passable throughout the repairs. A friendly HOA volunteer will try to make sure you are aware within a day or two of your driveway being blocked.

If your sprinkler system runs onto and down our streets, please turn it off temporarily while the repairs are being made. Moisture on fresh asphalt causes structural damage to the roads and has adverse effects on the repairs settling as needed. You may also notice equipment parked along certain streets overnight as the crew work on repairs.

If you must park on the road overnight because your driveway is blocked, please remove your valuables and garage remotes, and be sure to lock your car doors. We rarely have vehicle break-ins in the neighborhood, but you can never be too safe.

We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation.
