Fenwick Gated is a private street community of 168 homes and is a section of the larger Fenwick community that includes more than 700 homes. We are located in the Edmond school district and serviced by OKC utilities. We are on the north side of NW 164th Street between Western and Fenwick Blvd.

Bradbury Cir, Claybridge Cir, Halbrooke Cir, Halbrooke Rd, Kingsley Rd, NW 168TH ST, NW 165TH ST, Parkhurst Rd and Thorton Ln.
Meetings
Our annual meeting was held Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 7:00PM at the clubhouse. Your attendance is encouraged at each annual meeting. The meeting is an opportunity to find out how your dues are determined and the maintenance plans for your streets and gates. In order to facilitate an expeditious check-in, please arrive 10 minutes early.
HOA Dues
Don’t forget Fenwick Gated residents are members of two homeowner associations and dues must be paid separately to both. March 1, 2024 is the deadline for each homeowner to pay their 2024 Fenwick Gated HOA dues ($475) and Fenwick HOA dues ($490)! Fenwick Garden Village
Often confused, there are two gated sections in Fenwick. Fenwick Garden Village and us, Fenwick Gated. If the home is on Brewster Lane, Covington Manor, Farmington Way, Garden Village Drive, Moorgate Lane, NW 167th Street or Tonka Trail then it is in Garden Village and not here.

If you need to pay HOA dues to Fenwick Garden Village or need gate access to Fenwick Garden Village, please contact them.
