Fenwick Gated is a private street community of 168 homes and is a section of the larger Fenwick community that includes more than 700 homes in north Oklahoma City. We are located in the Edmond school district and serviced by OKC utilities. We are on the north side of NW 164th Street between Western and Fenwick Blvd.
Homeowners in Fenwick Gated have access to the Fenwick Chisholm Creek natural wetland waterway, four ponds and their abundance of amenities including a large swimming pool, walking trails, parks, playground, picnic pavilion and a Clubhouse that’s available for residents to rent.
Fenwick contains another gated area to the west named Fenwick Garden Village, which has 169 homes. Those who choose to own property in either gated area pay extra annual dues to maintain the gates and private streets.
All three of Fenwick’s homeowners associations – Fenwick, Fenwick Gated, and Fenwick Garden Village – are active, well organized communities with multiple committees. That includes a Social Committee and Community Involvement Committee to provide neighbor get-togethers, a Maintenance Committee supporting volunteer work projects and necessary maintenance in the common areas.
