Notice to Residents: New Gate Access Phone Number
Dear Fenwick Gated Community Residents,
We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our gate access system. Effective immediately, the telephone number used by both entry gates (Western and NW 168th St & Fenwick Blvd) to call residents from the gate directory will change.
New Gate Access Number:
1 (405) 938-3211
When a visitor uses the gate directory to contact you for entry, you will now receive a call from this new number. To ensure you recognize these calls, especially if you use a smartphone, please add 1 (405) 938-3211 to your contacts as “FGHOA Entry Gate Press 9.”
Key Reminders:
- Calls from the gate directory are limited to 60 seconds.
- To allow entry, press the 9 key on your phone’s dial pad during the call.
- To deny entry, simply hang up!
- This is an outbound-only number; you cannot call the gate using this number.
The phone number posted on the signs at the gates, (405) 531-0650, will remain in service as well.
This number rings to a voice mailbox where you can leave a message for our volunteer gate administrator/technician, and it also accepts text messages. Our gate technician can/will call and text using this number as needed. We suggest if you have a smartphone to please add this number to your contacts as “FGHOA Gate Technician”.
Key Reminders for guests using the directory:
- At the gate controllers keypad, press # to view the directory.
- Press * or # to scroll through the directory by last name.
- If they know your 3-digit directory number they can enter it, otherwise they find you in the directory to see your 3-digit directory number. While in directory mode they simply enter the code displayed.
- For example if your number is 123, they can simply press # 123 and the gate controller will call you.
- To allow entry, press 9 on your phone keypad.
Please Note:
- Each residence can have only one listing and one phone number in the gate directory.
- To request a change to your gate directory listing, please use our Gate Access form on this website.
Thank you for your attention to this update, and for helping us keep our community secure and accessible.
Sincerely,
Fenwick Gated HOA Board
