If you need to pay in-person make a check payable to Fenwick Gated HOA and deliver your completed form (it will provide you a PDF) with payment to the agency listed at this link: HOA Management – Fenwick Gated HOA.
Remotes cannot be issued until payment is received and we have confirmed the address is within our HOA. Volunteers in the neighborhood maintain the gate controllers and operators, we program the gate remotes and deliver the gate remotes.
